The National Weather Service's National Hurricane Center downgraded Hilary earlier today while indicating the storm made landfall around noon over the northern Baja California peninsula.

According to the investigation, the main force of the explosion during the attack on Chernihiv was explicitly aimed at people who were around the drama theater.
"The investigation is being conducted in two main directions. The first is identifying those persons who decided to strike and directly conducted this strike. And, of course, we are studying all the circumstances related to the organization of the exhibition," Belousov said.
According to the investigation, the main force of the explosion during the attack on Chernihiv was explicitly aimed at people who were around the drama theater.
