Most educated people know from books like this one that the "Holocaust narrative," meaning what we say and how we say it, was concocted by the academy in the 1960s and 70s. Patience for her brand of ritualized lying is wearing very thin now. The corrupt excesses of the Israel lobby have been bad for America and Israel alike.
