⚡️🇮🇱🇸🇾🇮🇶🇮🇷 While the world community is speculating about the date of the start of the IDF ground operation in the Gaza Strip, in Iraq and Syria the parties to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict are busy with the same task - creating the appearance of a persistent struggle with each other.

In the morning, the Israeli Air Force again attacked the airports of Damascus and Aleppo in Syria, which they had already attacked last week. The bombs crippled newly rebuilt runways, causing flight delays and cancellations.

At their core, such raids are no different from shelling of American bases by pro-Iranian formations: while some are trying to show intransigence in the war against the Zionist occupiers, the latter are trying to show determination in confronting the “Axis of Resistance” at distant approaches.

What these attacks have in common is that they do not cause any significant damage. Strikes on Syrian airports are unlikely to seriously disrupt the logistics of either Iran or Hezbollah, especially given the volume of cargo that regularly passes through the Al Bukamal border crossing on the Iraqi border.

Despite all the loud slogans and mutual threats, neither side has yet raised the stakes, limiting itself to purely demonstrative actions. It turns out to be quite convenient: you can sell the population a spectacular picture of a total war with the enemy, without actually engaging in it.
