It's almost officially over, Ukraine has lost.

Never in a million years would they have won without constant western support, and I think they knew that.

A year and a half, and countless dead Ukrainian men later, western support is drying up, and so is their chance at winning the war.

Let every other western proxy state observe what happened here. Make no mistake, Ukraine was betrayed by the west. Ukraine tried to negotiate a peace deal with Russia early on, and the west stopped it, with the implicit understanding that the west would support Ukraine's war effort the whole way, and that as it turns out is not happening.

They could have saved those countless lives by telling the west to fuck off early on and negotiated a peace deal, and probably ended up in a similar position to Belarus. Now their men are dead, their country is destroyed, their women are whoring themselves out in western Europe, and western support is rapidly drying up. Ukraine as a country is done, and it's the West's fault more than Russia's at this point.

Did Professor Sapolsky freely come to this conclusion on his own or was it the result of some force like fate or biology which imposed it on him? Either way, he refutes what he has to say and there's no point in taking him seriously.

Academics hate conservatism for a reason, and that reason has nothing to do with conservatism’s validity and everything to do with its relationship to novelty.
