Rand Corporation's Israel-Arab War Games (1967)
"So, in May, I was in the United States, as I told you. In May 1967, I was in California… By the way, I was visiting the Rand Corporation, and they were playing a war game over there: Israel vs. the Arabs. At some point, the game got to a point where Israel dropped a nuclear bomb on the Arabs. I don’t know whether it was based on CIA estimates or on Rand’s own estimates. They asked me about it and I didn’t tell them anything. And then I got a message from [redacted] to return to Israel immediately" (IDF Brigadier General Yitzhak Yaakov & Dr. Avner Cohen, 1999).
"'Yicha,' as he was called, was head of the IDF's weapons research and development program; a memoir he published during retirement had him convicted of handing over of secret information without authorization" (haaretz.com, 2013).

Yes, Joe Biden thinks getting vaccinated for Covid-19 protects you from hurricanes:
"Let me be clear: If you’re in a state where hurricanes often strike, like Florida or the Gulf Coast or into Texas, a vital part of preparing for hurricane season is to get vaccinated now"

"...while computers can in theory predict things very accurately (if the input data is very accurate) they cannot and will not ever be able to account for human nature and reality as a whole. Because the fly in the teleporting machine, the asteroid against the dinosaurs, and the “crazy” St. Benedict, or the iron minded King Leonidas, will throw your entire large number theory set right out the window. And in fact, a human mind that can see these patterns of relationships and figure them out analogously, usually has a better chance of getting it right than any computer prediction of the future."

The Light Ages
"An illuminating guide to the scientific and technological achievements of the Middle Ages through the life of a crusading astronomer-monk.
"Soaring Gothic cathedrals, violent crusades, the Black Death: these are the dramatic forces that shaped the medieval era. But the so-called Dark Ages also gave us the first universities, eyeglasses, and mechanical clocks. As medieval thinkers sought to understand the world around them, from the passing of the seasons to the stars in the sky, they came to develop a vibrant scientific culture.
"In The Light Ages, Cambridge science historian Seb Falk takes us on a tour of medieval science through the eyes of one fourteenth-century monk, John of Westwyk. Born in a rural manor, educated in England’s grandest monastery, and then exiled to a clifftop priory, Westwyk was an intrepid crusader, inventor, and astrologer. From multiplying Roman numerals to navigating by the stars, curing disease, and telling time with an ancient astrolabe, we learn emerging science alongside Westwyk and travel with him through the length and breadth of England and beyond its shores. On our way, we encounter a remarkable cast of characters: the clock-building English abbot with leprosy, the French craftsman-turned-spy, and the Persian polymath who founded the world’s most advanced observatory.
"The Light Ages offers a gripping story of the struggles and successes of an ordinary man in a precarious world and conjures a vivid picture of medieval life as we have never seen it before. An enlightening history that argues that these times weren’t so dark after all, The Light Ages shows how medieval ideas continue to color how we see the world today."

In a commentary for Politico, he has promised the world trouble if anyone stopped supporting Kiev regime out of "fatigue".
Earlier, in a conversation with Russian pranksters Vovan and Lexus, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has admitted that the EU is exhausted by the conflict in Ukraine. According to her, Western countries will soon start looking for a way out that will suit both Russia and Ukraine.

Great review of The Brave and the Bold, third book in The Hidden Truth series.
https://amzn.to/3SpMAPK
"Schantz’s world building is, I think the make or break aspect of the book, and really the whole series, for most people. He goes into great detail describing the secret history behind the development of many technologies we take for granted today, as well as recapping some of the physics that the Circle is trying to keep secret. The intent is both to help the reader understand on a base level what the Circle is up to and how they go about accomplishing their goals of containing technological development and disrupting Western Civilization. Some readers might find the level of detail excessive. On the other hand, I find it draws me in even further, making the book difficult to put down to say the least. Part of that is because the author does such a good job describing things in an accessible way and the other is that most of the details are actually true. It makes you realize that the free market has never really been free."
