The Battle of Magersfontein was fought on 11 December 1899 between the Boers and the British. "By some historians it is considered one of the most remarkable blows in world history. The defeat the Boers inflicted on the British here, mainly the Scots, plunged the British Empire and all of Scotland into mourning. The most peculiar aspect of the battle is that the mastermind behind the whole operation, Gen. Koos de la Rey, was not present. He was in Jacobsdal with his son who was mortally wounded. The commander, Gen. Piet Cronjé, acted out the orders of De la Rey well. The strategy followed was something quite new and revolutionary, for instead of being on the cliffs as was the custom, the Boers were entrenched under the cliffs, and after a fierce bombardment of the ridge top, the British marched right into the mouths of the Boers' mausers and suffered hundreds of casualties before they realized what was going on" (FAK, 1980). The song is from the musical "Ons Vir Jou" performed by opera singer Rouel Beukes.

TIL of the "Blue Banana" - a geographical region stretching "like a banana" from Northern Italy, across western Germany & the Low Countries into England's Liverpool region. The area is believed by some to constitue the industrial and economic "backbone" of Europe, both presently and in history

🇦🇷🌹⚠️ — This is how the surroundings of the Congress of the Nation in Buenos Aires look in the early morning in protest against Javier Milei's 'megadecree'; the decrees have a libertarian bias and are against the state dependence of the population.

‼️ It is possible to see that the Wiphala flag – the flag representing Andean indigenous peoples – is raised below the Argentine flag, demonstrating the idea of the protests taking place in Buenos Aires.

POV : Birth rate collapse

Extracts from the mouse utopia experiment (1972)

« Most of the adolescent mice retreated from societal expectations, spending all their time eating, drinking, sleeping and grooming, and refusing to fight or to even attempt to mate. (These individuals were forever changed -when Calhoun's colleague attempted to transplant some of them to more normal situations, they didn't remember how to do anything.) In May of 1970, just under 2 years into the study, the last baby was born, and the population entered a swan dive of perpetual senescence. The last resident of Universe 25 perished sometime in 1973. Calhoun himself saw the fate of the population of mice as a metaphor for the potential fate of humankind. He gave his claimed discoveries catchy names, the mice who forgot how to mate were “the beautiful ones” rats who crowded around water bottles were “social drinkers”, and the overall societal breakdown was the “behavioral sink” also characterized as "spiritual death". »

CNN technical director, Charlie Chester, in a secret Project Veritas recording from April 2021: Once the public are no longer scared of "Covid", "climate change" will take centre stage as the new imaginary boogeyman to terrify everyone into submission with.

"They've already announced in our office that once the public is open to it, we're going to start focusing mainly on climate… There's a definitive ending to the pandemic. It'll taper off to a point that it's not a problem anymore. The climate thing is gonna take years, so they'll probably be able to milk that for quite a bit."

"Be prepared, it's coming."

Reminder that Zelensky was just in DC last week demanding that America gave him more money.

Congress gave Ukraine another $600 Million dollars.

It was simply just the last money dump to line Zelensky’s pockets before they turned off the spigot.

Hall of Liberation, Kelheim, Germany

The construction was started in 1842 by Friedrich von Gärtner, in a mixture of Neoclassical and Christian styles, on the hill of Michelsberg, in a place previously occupied by a part of the ruins of a pre-historic fortification or town, thought by some to have been Alcimoennis. It was commissioned by King Ludwig I of Bavaria to commemorate the victory over Napoleon in the Befreiungskriege of 1813–1815.

The powerful-looking rotunda made of Kelheim limestone rests on a three-tier base, which is designed as an octadecagon. The outer facade is divided by 18 pillars with 18 colossal statues by Johann Halbig as allegories of the German tribes that took part in the battles. The round hall has a height of 45 metres (148 ft) and a diameter of 29 metres (95 ft). The inner gallery can be reached via 82 steps. Another 40 steps lead to the outer viewing terrace, from which one has a wide view of the Danube and Altmühl valleys.
