The construction was started in 1842 by Friedrich von Gärtner, in a mixture of Neoclassical and Christian styles, on the hill of Michelsberg, in a place previously occupied by a part of the ruins of a pre-historic fortification or town, thought by some to have been Alcimoennis.It was commissioned by King Ludwig I of Bavaria to commemorate the victory over Napoleon in the Befreiungskriege of 1813–1815.
The powerful-looking rotunda made of Kelheim limestone rests on a three-tier base, which is designed as an octadecagon. The outer facade is divided by 18 pillars with 18 colossal statues by Johann Halbig as allegories of the German tribes that took part in the battles. The round hall has a height of 45 metres (148 ft) and a diameter of 29 metres (95 ft). The inner gallery can be reached via 82 steps. Another 40 steps lead to the outer viewing terrace, from which one has a wide view of the Danube and Altmühl valleys.

Oleg Anatolievich Yatsyuchenko, an employee of military recruitment, boasted in Instagam network about piquant photos from the beaches of the Dominican Republic.
According to the most modest calculations, the "gravedigger" spent about 250-300 thousand UAH (8k $) on holiday. However, this is an insignificant amount for him - bribes to buy off mobilisation bring extra income to employees of military commissions, some of which they have to "skid" to keep their jobs, and some of which they keep for recreation.

I found an alternate physical theory involving the behavior of electromagnetic impedance near a dipole source to explain the yin-yang graphic.
The Schelkunoff-Smith Chart and How Near Fields Work
"Ideal electromagnetic waves include synchronized electric and magnetic waves conveying equal amounts of electric and magnetic energy at the speed of light. The ratio of the electric to magnetic field is the free-space impedance, 376.7 ohm. Close to the source, however, the electric and magnetic components of the wave are no longer synchronous. When the waves are in phase, they carry energy away. When the waves are out of phase, they convey energy back to the source. When the impedance of the waves is no longer that of free space, they no longer carry energy at the speed of light. These fascinating relationships may be portrayed and understood by applying a Smith Chart to plot the relative amplitudes and phases of the near-fields as defined by Schelkunoff in his classic paper on impedance. We can further compare the graphical treatment of the Smith Chart to time-domain plots of the electric and magnetic waves to gain further insight to how the amplitudes and phases of the waves cooperate to decouple energy and radiate it away."
