“Maloney, who was trusted to work on classified contracts for the U.S. government, took advantage of his high position at GTRI to line his own pockets at the public’s expense,” said U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Buchanan. “In addition to losing his job and his top-secret security clearance, Maloney is now facing a prison sentence and will be required to pay more than $1.9 million in restitution.”

📰🌏 World media on Vladimir Putin's victory in the Russian presidential elections: will have to contend with fact
▪️Focus-online (Germany): The election result was not a surprise for Western observers or the Russian population. Putin likely feels support for his policies.
▪️Der Standard (Austria): An uncomfortable truth for us in the West: we will have to live with Vladimir Putin and with the new superpower Russia. And perhaps in the near future, we will have to negotiate with Putin.
▪️Nu. nl (Netherlands): A large part of the Russian population actually supports Putin. Having secured victory in the elections, he can now say: I firmly hold the reins because I want what Russia wants. This is a signal to the outside world that the current course will continue.
▪️Blick (Switzerland): Putin remains simultaneously a huge threat and an important interlocutor for European countries. Perhaps it will be necessary to start peace negotiations with him someday.
▪️Politico (Belgium): Putin's electoral victory was never in doubt. This time he received the largest share of votes since his first victory in 2000.
▪️Sydney Morning Herald (Australia): Putin achieved a record-breaking convincing victory in the Russian elections, strengthening his power and showing that Moscow was right to oppose the West and send its troops to Ukraine.
▪️Aydinlik (Turkey): Support for Putin in Russia increased from 77.53% in the previous elections to 87.8%. Trust in President Putin has increased.

Medical censorship 🇨🇦
Ottawa surgeon Dr. Miklos Matyas, a head and neck surgeon, has been ordered to take a remedial course on ethics and boundaries after sharing with several patients his controversial opinions about the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
Dr. Matyas recently lost his appeal of the order issued by the complaints committee of the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons.
The complaints panel heard evidence Matyas cast doubt on the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, promoted the use of ivermectin, and suggested that surgical masks were ineffective at preventing the disease’s transmission.

Russia produces about 250,000 artillery shells per month for the war, which is almost three times more than the United States and Europe produce for Ukraine, — CNN with reference to Western intelligence.
Officials say Russia now fires about 10,000 shells a day, while Ukraine fires only 2,000. According to a representative of European intelligence, in some places of the front the ratio is even worse.
Artillery factories in the Russian Federation work around the clock, a source told CNN. In addition, Russia imports ammunition from Iran and North Korea.
Russia "launched everything it has," the intelligence official said. "Their war machine is running at full capacity," he added
