When Peter Daszak was a 21-year-old Zoology student, he plead guilty to theft and burglary charges and was sent to a detention center for four months.
Daszak beheaded a statue of the Madonna, put lips on it, and kept it as a trophy. He also stole numerous beacons and signs.
Police followed a trail of blood from a broken window at University College of North Wales to his flat. They visited again and found a stolen TV, hi-fi, and other items.
Daszak’s mother told the court he had an impressive academic record, but got into trouble due to drinking.

In the morning, the enemy tried to break through the defense line in Kharkiv region, — the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“During the day, the enemy carried out air strikes in the Vovchansk direction using guided aerial bombs. As night came on, Russian invaders increased fire pressure on the front line of our defense with the support of artillery.
At about 5:00 am, the enemy attempted to break through our defense line under the cover of armored vehicles,” the ministry said.
The Ministry of Defense assures that the enemy's attacks have been repelled, and reserve units of the Armed Forces have been sent to this area of the border. Fighting of varying intensity continues.

No instructions to this effect will be given, but their absence will be noted, and those who fail to make the necessary noises will quietly be dropped from consideration.
