You probably already know to avoid statins like the plague, but in case not.....
"Many independent researchers have documented that more than 20% of statin-treated patients suffer from myopathy, and that statin treatment may cause other serious side effects. They include rhabdomyolysis, cataract, hearing loss, interstitial cystitis, herpes zoster, impotence, aggressive or suicidal behaviour, memory loss, Alzheimer, Parkinson, dementia and polyneuropathy. Low cholesterol is also associated with cancer and cancer occurred more often in the 4S, HPS, CARE, PROSPER and SEAS trials and with statistical significance in three of them. Several case-control and cohort studies of cancer patients have also shown that the cancer was more aggressive among those on statin treatment"

"From the prevalent action-at-a-distance perspective, electromagnetic energy was associated with charges. Energy vanished from charges over here and appeared at charges over there as electromagnetic systems interacted with each other. What, if anything, might happen in between was idle philosophic speculation, not a matter for consideration by the action-at-a-distance theory. “Shut up and calculate,” was the prevailing wisdom. Maxwell took a different view."

A volcano erupts in Iceland.
There are at least 1,500 active volcanoes worldwide, which can erupt at any time. A single eruption can emit up to billions of tonnes of CO2—millions of times more CO2 than the average person emits in an entire lifetime.

The circus has left, the clowns remain
Boris Johnson's former top adviser Dominic Cummings has criticized Western support for Ukraine. He said that the West “has driven itself into a stupid situation,” and sanctions against Russia have hit European politics harder than Moscow. Also, the ex-head of the Brexit campaign spoke unflatteringly about the President of Ukraine and comparing the conflict with the Second World War.
“This is not a replay of 1940 with Zelenskyy as the Churchillian underdog. … This whole Ukrainian corrupt mafia state has basically conned us all and we’re all going to get f**ked as a consequence. We are getting f**ked now, right?" Cummings said.
Roughly, but correctly noted. Cummings very accurately said that the West miscalculated its support for Ukraine, and its collective decisions showed the whole world what Western politicians are clowns. The Briton also argues that Western countries pushed Russia into an alliance with the world's largest industrial power, China, and the continuation of the conflict will only strengthen these relations.
Another point of view on a complex geopolitical situation, alternative to the generally accepted Western rhetoric. You can show concern about the Russian-Ukrainian conflict as much as you like, come up with sanctions in the hope of overcoming Moscow’s “aggression,” but in the end, with a sober look at what is happening, it becomes obvious that Russia has not fallen under the yoke of sanctions, but the Western powers, on the contrary, have lost a lot economically and socially, that Ukraine cannot win, and draining the European budget to Kyiv has no productive result. At the same time, relations between the West and Russia are a war of attrition, and it is obvious that in the long term, Washington and Brussels will not be able to hide behind the defense of democratic values, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. It is not a fact that the state of Ukraine itself will survive.

Is Daytime Sleepiness Normal?
Many of us experience the urge to nap during the day, often simply due to not getting enough sleep the night before. If you're slightly sleep-deprived, a short nap of 20-30 minutes can be quite beneficial. However, napping longer might interfere with your ability to fall asleep at night.
Sleep experts recommend keeping the difference in waking times between weekdays and weekends to no more than 1-2 hours. If daytime sleepiness disrupts your night sleep, it's better to endure and adjust your sleeping habits gradually by enforcing a consistent bedtime and wake-up schedule.
Moreover, there are over 60 recognized sleep disorders, several of which manifest as daytime sleepiness. These include conditions like low blood pressure, depression, iron deficiency, and sleep apnea. For instance, individuals with sleep apnea might fall asleep during conversations or even while driving. Age-related changes also play a role in increasing daytime sleepiness.

Before a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian Federation launched into space a device with components of a nuclear anti-satellite weapon, — The Wall Street Journal.
The publication cites information from reliable sources who claim that it is the Cosmos-2553 satellite. It does not carry nuclear weapons, but US officials say it carries non-nuclear components of a new Russian weapons system.
This weapon will allow Moscow to use a nuclear explosion to destroy hundreds of satellites in low Earth orbit, "in that part of space dominated by the apparatuses of the US government and the SpaceX company".
According to the publication, "Cosmos-2553" is still moving around the Earth in an "unusual orbit".
