Today the FBI director alluded to waiting on a "foreign" encrypted messaging app to release the would be Trump assassin's communications.

The top two companies providing these services are Signal, an American company and Telegram, which is not.

Wray went on to bitch about the FBI's "inability" to penetrate these services on multiple occasions throughout his hearing.

Just saying, telegram may be getting a sizeable amount of increased attention very soon.
