"On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, the American people will cast their vote for the office of president. The role could not be more important; the choice could not be stark; the outcome could not be more uncertain."

In the last week of October 2024, Russia reportedly transferred over seven thousand North Korean soldiers from Primorsky Krai to areas near Ukraine, according to Ukrainian intelligence (HUR). The deployment was facilitated by at least 28 Russian military transport planes. These troops were armed with various infantry-style equipment, including 60mm mortars, AK-12 assault rifles, RPK/PKM machine guns, SVD/SVCH sniper rifles, Phoenix anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs), and RPG-7 rocket launchers.

Additionally, they received night vision devices, thermal imagers, collimator sights, and binoculars to enhance their combat capabilities. The HUR noted that within the Russian occupation forces, these North Korean soldiers are referred to as “special Buryats.” This transfer signals increasing military cooperation between Russia and North Korea and highlights Russia’s growing reliance on external support for its operations in Ukraine.

"... the story of Peanut matters because it is a microcosm of what we are facing. A nameless, faceless, and merciless bureaucracy with no sense of proportion or empathy can, at a whim, upend people's lives over what amounts to nothing. It can seize a beloved family pet, the mascot of an organization that does enormous good, just because some nanny-stater decides they don't approve."

TIL, immediately after WWII, the U.S Government took 1,600 Nazi scientists back to the U.S. This secret operation was called “Operation Paperclip”. Many of these ex-Nazis scientists went to work for NASA. The most famous ex-Nazi scientist was Wernher von Braun.

"There have been bleak times and revivals and Awakenings, and only a fool would say they are impossible. Still, it seems to me Suddenly looms. Transcendence is like the helium in a balloon from a birthday party from last week. The End of Suddenly does not mean there are or will be none left in the Church in the West, but that it ceases to be any important cultural force."

Photos of Earth Captured After the Launch of the “Hera” Probe

The first color images of Earth were taken from the Falcon 9 launch vehicle shortly after liftoff. Meanwhile, the black-and-white shots, where Earth appears small, were captured by the “Hera” probe itself from a staggering distance of 1.6 million kilometers.

"In life, Peanut the squirrel spread joy to millions. In death, he has become a martyr – the innocent victim of a blundering machine built of the inept, the useless, and the cruel, a clumsy blind killer robot that stomps out lives and dreams and hope and beauty and love as it seeks to perfect its control over a world that it is gradually crushing out of existence.

"All while simpering that it’s keeping you safe.

"Don’t listen to it.

"Nothing is safe when safety comes first.

"When you hear them say ‘safety first’, remember Peanut.

"And bite the bastards."

🇺🇸🏴‍☠️🏁👉🇭🇺 NATO is concerned that Budapest continues to build relations with Moscow and Beijing. To discuss this issue, Hungarian representatives were invited to a meeting at the US Embassy in Budapest, Politico reported.

According to the publication, ambassadors and military attachés from other NATO countries were supposed to attend the meeting.
❗️🇭🇺🖕🇺🇸 However, the Hungarian authorities decided to boycott the event.

One of the initiators of the meeting was US Ambassador to Hungary David Pressman. According to Politico, frustration among NATO allies is already "reaching a boiling point."

They Are Scrubbing the Internet Right Now

Instances of censorship are growing to the point of normalization. Despite ongoing litigation and more public attention, mainstream social media has been more ferocious in recent months than ever before. Podcasters know for sure what will be instantly deleted and debate among themselves over content in gray areas. Some like Brownstone have given up on YouTube in favor of Rumble, sacrificing vast audiences if only to see their content survive to see the light of day.

It’s not always about being censored or not. Today’s algorithms include a range of tools that affect searchability and findability. For example, the Joe Rogan interview with Donald Trump racked up an astonishing 34 million views before YouTube and Google tweaked their search engines to make it hard to discover, while even presiding over a technical malfunction that disabled viewing for many people. Faced with this, Rogan went to the platform X to post all three hours.

Navigating this thicket of censorship and quasi-censorship has become part of the business model of alternative media.

Incredibly, the service Archive.org which has been around since 1994 has stopped taking images of content on all platforms. For the first time in 30 years, we have gone a long swath of time – since October 8-10 – since this service has chronicled the life of the Internet in real time.
