Just like Hamlet, the prince ultimately never had any control over what happened to him or his people as a result of a flawed and rather self-contained viewpoint of oneself and the misunderstood consequences of ones action or rather inaction.

Excellent text from Schiller's book about the German prince and the Venetian count and a parallel with current reality

Well, look at that. The BBC did a puff piece on Taleb Al Abdulmohsen, the terrorist migrant that killed at least 2 and injured countless others at the Christmas market in Germany today.

The video is from 2019 and showcases his "refugee resettlement" website.

Yeah, It’s Going to Get Worse

And by worse, I mean a LOT worse for Neil Gaiman fans, as in the aftermath of multiple sexual assault accusations being made, non-fans are going back, reading Gaiman’s work, and observing what was always – and I do mean always – obvious in his work: Many years ago I bought a huge anthology of […]

"The reason the Wasp oligarchy lasted for four hundred years wasn’t because of the despicable behaviour of the Bushies and Vanderbilts and Rockefellers. It was because the base, the 95%, believed in the divine and sought to integrate it into their lives. Yes, our leaders were often venal, but we kept them leashed, for the most part. Expect that going forward. These people were different from you in that they practiced virtue at home and in their cities. They created American prosperity, the hope of every individual on the planet, not random brainiacs stuffed up to the nose holes with their own grand selves. Virtue aligned with principle enhances intelligence, grounds and empowers it. It beats everything."

🇷🇺💥🇺🇦🏴‍☠️🏳️AFU POW: 'We were shelled by our troops'

Sergei Keshchyuk was mobilised by force, as was the most of the country's male population. He got to a boot camp and faced there cruelty of nationalists.

'They were collecting our money. They took money for electricity, fuel, and food. They even collected money to buy lubricants to clean guns,' says the POW.

Then he was sent to unprepared and unequipped positions.

'On the 10th day, from Dobropole, when I was redeployed there, we were sent to a position. Our guide was a man with the call sign 'Vakha'. He gathered four men, and sent us to a position in a treeline. We were there for 10 days, then we surrendered. We were sitting in a trench. We got under fire of friendly troops. They killed one of us,' recalls Sergei.

That's how lifes of Ukrainian servicemen end in the front line. Poorly trained AFU servicenen make a single right decision: they surrender to Russian troops.

"Endless Oil?" - Robert Langreth, Forbes, 13NOV2024

>The idea that oil comes from fossils “is a myth. We need to change this myth,” says petroleum engineer Vladimir Kutcherov, at the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. “All kinds of rocks could have oil and gas deposits.”

>Alexander Kitchka of the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences brashly estimates that 60% of the content of all oil is abiotic in origin.

>Kutcherov points to a handful of productive oil fields in Vietnam and elsewhere that lay in hard rock such as granite. Traditional theory says oil shouldn’t be present there. Certain wells in the Gulf of Mexico produced more oil than expected. Abiotic crowd says they are slowly being refilled from a deeper source.

>While traces of abiotic hydrocarbons may exist, little data support the idea of meaningful deposits: “Companies have been looking for oil for 100 years. If all this abiogenic stuff is there, why haven’t they found it?” Geoffrey Glasby
