As the Bird Flu narrative gains momentum, this 2006 movie has just come to my attention.

The story focuses on a State Governor called Newsome, who struggles to deal with the arrival of Bird Flu to his region.

This is Predictive Programming at its best, as the current Californian Governor is also called Newsom, with the likenesses between the two being uncannily similar.

It wouldn't surprise me if the first Human to Human transmission occurs in California.
