Why do communist ideologues provoke outrage by trying to seize land, force a godless ritual upon you, or impose identity and gender politics on your children?

They are testing how reactionary a populations is, in a semi-controlled movement. They want to see if you will react and, if so, to what degree. If you do nothing or very little, they know that they have succeeded in crushing the resistance.

The extent to which people take action against land grabs, collectivization, Marxist ideology, and insults to religion indicates the likely strength of the counter-revolution, which in the glossary of Marxist terms is referred to as the reactionaries.
