WASHINGTON — The Pentagon has quietly renamed the Trump administration’s ambitious national missile defense initiative from “Iron Dome for America” to “Golden Dome for America,” according to a recent advisory to defense contractors.
The publication Defense News suggested a possible explanation might be trademark concerns, as “Iron Dome” is a registered trademark owned by Israeli defense firm Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, which developed Israel’s existing Iron Dome system in partnership with Israel Aerospace Industries and the U.S. Missile Defense Agency.
The program originated from President Donald Trump’s January 27 executive order initiating planning for what was then called “The Iron Dome for America.” The order established the development of a next-generation missile defense shield as national policy, citing threats from ballistic, hypersonic, and cruise missiles.

"Finally Dreiser, convinced of the importance of the work, cornered his own publisher, Boni & Liveright, home to the likes of Faulkner and Hemingway, threatening to leave unless they took on Fort’s 1919 The Book of the Damned.
"Unwilling to lose Dreiser, they reluctantly produced 500 copies. But their publicist, pioneering propagandist Edward Bernays, gamely offered this selling point in early ads: “For Every Five People Who Read It Four Will Go Insane!”"

"Let's just say that a lot of the plot points can be summed up like this: What if every stupid Democrat policy that created more misery … wasn’t stupid, but was deliberately designed for the disastrous outcomes that happened as a result of them?

🚨🇪🇺🇺🇦 Europe’s Leaders Are INCOMPETENT, DESPERATE to Keep the Ukraine Proxy War Going
Irish stalwart Clare Daly once again speaks truth to power, exposing Brussels’ war-hungry elites for what they are: incompetent, desperate, and hell-bent on turning Europe into a battlefield at the expense of its own people.
❗️Daly’s warning should be front-page news across the continent, but instead, Brussels will bury it under NATO propaganda, because she’s exposing the inconvenient truth: Europe’s leaders aren’t just incompetent, they are actively sabotaging peace.
€800 billion for war, but no money for housing, food security, or basic social services? That’s the future the EU is selling, where austerity is imposed on the working class so military contractors can keep the war machine running.
The people of Europe were never asked if they wanted to become a “warfare state.” The same leaders who championed “democracy” in Ukraine don’t even bother consulting their own citizens about plans to gut social spending and funnel billions into an unwinnable proxy war.
NATO’s manufactured crisis has bankrupted Europe and sacrificed Ukraine. The West had a golden opportunity to end this war through diplomacy, but instead, they’re doubling down, trying to prolong the bloodshed, and setting the stage for direct confrontation with Russia.
This is what happens when a continent is ruled by unelected bureaucrats, Atlanticist puppets, and globalist warmongers who don’t answer to their people. And yet, across Europe, from Slovakia to Hungary to the streets of Berlin, the people are waking up. The EU is running out of time.

Irish stalwart Clare Daly once again speaks truth to power, exposing Brussels’ war-hungry elites for what they are: incompetent, desperate, and hell-bent on turning Europe into a battlefield at the expense of its own people.
“Europe has been on a military bend for a long number of years now… they’re talking about €800 billion on defence, they’ve even come out and said that Europe has to get used to trimming down its welfare budget, because they obviously haven’t got the money to pay for all of this if we want to become a warfare state. Nobody asked the people of Europe about that.”
“Quite clearly people would much prefer to see that money spent on things to make them safe like a roof over their head and enough food on the table to deal with the devastating cost of living crisis that these people caused with their ridiculous response to an involvement in NATO’s incursion on Russia’s border and tragically using Ukraine in that aim.”
“Rather than seizing this opportunity for peace on the continent of Europe, they seem to be desperate in doing everything they can to make sure there’s some sort of war going or even getting worse. These are the most incompetent group of leaders ever at the helm of Europe… it’s disastrous for Europe.”

🇷🇺 A unique special operation by Russian military: they traveled about 12 kilometers inside a gas pipeline to get into Sudzha and enter the rear of the Ukrainian Armed Forces group.
It's the Urengoy-Pomary-Uzhgorod main gas pipeline, which passes through Sudzha and is currently not in operation. The attack aircraft crashed into the pipe and passed through it, bypassing minefields and FPV drone strikes. Thus, the fighters found themselves on the outskirts of Sudzha in a residential area. Today, according to SHOT, they have already managed to liberate the industrial zone. The fighting is currently ongoing, and a number of settlements in the Kursk region are being liberated in parallel.
In total, about 100 people were transported in this unique way.

According to Ukrainska Pravda and Yuriy Butusov, the Russian Armed Forces used the gas pipeline to covertly transport an assault company of about 100 people to covertly penetrate the defensive lines of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the vicinity of Sudzha.
Probably, we are talking about the underground section of the Urengoy-Pomary-Uzhgorod gas pipeline, which goes through Sudzha. Gas was pumped through it until January 1, 2025, and the diameter of the pipes can reach one and a half meters .

"After a month of repeated threats to US science funding, many early-career researchers such as Autrey are fearing for their careers. These scientists are especially vulnerable: graduate students, postdocs and scientists who are just starting their own laboratories are the researchers most likely to be living pay checque to pay checque, most reliant upon federal grants for their income and least likely to have job security. Some are considering changing jobs, leaving the country, or abandoning research altogether."

The EU remains committed to completely phasing out Russian gas supplies, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen stated.
“I am very clear in my commitment to a gradual phase-out of Russian gas… it is an absolute necessity. We have made progress, but we always see, of course, that there are loopholes where we have to be careful and where we have to work,” she told reporters in Brussels.
