At what distance will Irbis-E and 9S36M radars see stealth-coated F-16C Block 52+?

In the Polish military-analytical segment of the Internet, discussions are heating up regarding the information published by Gazeta Polska Codziennie with reference to a letter from the Polish Ministry of Defence to the Military Aircraft Factory No. 2 about the alleged lack of funds from the Polish Ministry of National Defence for the purchase of radio-absorbing paint/coating (RAP) Have Glass V to coat 48x F-16C/D Block 52+ multirole fighters in order to reduce their effective reflective surface.

In the light of signing multi-billion dollar contracts for the delivery of about 500 HIMARS MLRS and 32x 5th generation F-35A fighters, the information about difficulties in acquiring Have Glass V kits looks at least strange.

We are more interested in the question: how many times can this coating reduce the RCS of the F-16C Block 52+ and how many times will the range of detection of such vehicles by various SAM radars and airborne radars of the Russian Air Force fighters be reduced?

Dark grey radio-absorbing ferromagnetic coating Have Glass V (colour - FS36170) on the basis of polyurethane with microscopic granular ferromagnetic metal fraction reduces the standard RCS of F-16C with armament on suspension units by 76% (from 5 to 1.2 square meters) or 4.17 times in comparison with the unpainted machine. If we consider this reduction factor in relation to the range of detection by radars operating in the S/G/X/J-wave bands, we get a 30% reduction in detection range.

Thus, if the "Irbis-E" radar of the Su-35S fighter detects a standard F-16C uncoated at a distance of 400 km, then with the Have Glass V coating the detection range will be reduced to 276 km and the capture range to 229 km, provided that the AN/ALQ-131 EW container complex on the F-16C is switched off. With the EW complex operating on emissions mode, the capture range may be reduced to 180 - 130 km.
The 9S36M radar of the Buk-M3 system is capable of capturing an uncoated F-16C at an altitude of 10000m at a distance of 98.5km, and with Have Glass V coating at a similar altitude at a distance of 68km.

As you can see, the tactical advantage of the use of "RAP" is evident, but RCSs similar to the 5th generation machines (0.3 - 0.05 square metres) the coatings do not provide.
