Article III of the Constitution does not lay out any enforcement mechanism for the Judiciary to restrain the executive. It is Article II where the Executive must "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed" and swear an oath to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution" - not the Judiciary
In The Federalist Papers, Alexander Hamilton describes the judiciary as the "least dangerous" branch, lacking the "sword" of the executive or the "purse" of the legislature (Federalist No. 78). He argues it depends on the executive to enforce its judgments, suggesting a relationship of persuasion rather than command. This aligns with the English common law tradition, where courts advised the Crown but lacked coercive power over it. The Constitution’s framers, wary of centralized authority after the Revolution, intended a similar dynamic: the judiciary could warn the executive of unconstitutional acts, but ultimate accountability rested with the executive’s oath and the people’s elected representatives as outlined in the Constitution explicitly

"Credentialism, like so much rot, has precedent in academia. Consider peer review. Peer review ostensibly improves the credibility of scientific works and helps to prevent fraud while keeping the standards of published research in different fields appropriately high. But it does no such thing; it amounts to little more than an expensive attempt to make the status and opinions of academics sacrosanct."

⚠️ BEWARE Are your investments really yours?
When you make investments with an investment firm, your shares or positions are typically held in one of the following ways:
• Street Name: This is the most common arrangement, where the investment firm holds your shares or positions in its own name, often referred to as "nominee" or "street name." This means that the investment firm's name appears on the company's shareholder register, rather than your own name.
• Omnibus Account: An omnibus account is a type of account that holds shares on behalf of multiple clients. The investment firm holds the shares in its own name, but the account is designated as an omnibus account to indicate that the shares are held for the benefit of multiple clients.
• Segregated Account: A segregated account is a type of account where the investment firm holds your shares separately from its own assets. This arrangement provides an additional layer of protection for your shares, as they are not commingled with the firm's own assets.
• Custodial Account: A custodial account is a type of account where the investment firm holds your shares on your behalf, but the account is held in your own name. This arrangement provides a high level of control and transparency over your shares.
⚠️ According to a survey by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 2020:
• 92% of investors held their shares in street name.
• 6% of investors held their shares in an omnibus account.
• 1% of investors held their shares in a segregated account.
• 1% of investors held their shares in a custodial account.
⚠️ This reveals that 98% of investors holding investments with investment firms are VERY exposed. This is exactly what David Webb refers to in his book The Great Taking. Webb explains that in the event of a financial institution's insolvency, ennoscriptment holders (ordinary investors) would not be protected, while secured creditors would be prioritized.

The country’s ruling party has introduced a bill in parliament aimed at banning the annual Budapest Pride march, using the law on the protection of children as justification, Reuters reported.
The bill would also allow police to use facial recognition technology to identify participants, with fines imposed on both organizers and attendees.
