BREAKING: The Trump Department of Justice has just filed a lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles, arguing its sanctuary policies violate the Supremacy Clause by intentionally discriminating against the federal gov by treating federal immigration officers differently than other law enforcement. DOJ is asking that LA’s sanctuary policies be enjoined/blocked from being enforced.

Attorney General Pam Bondi statement to FoxNews:

"Sanctuary policies were the driving cause of the violence, chaos, and attacks on law enforcement that Americans recently witnessed in Los Angeles. Jurisdictions like Los Angeles that flout federal law by prioritizing illegal aliens over American citizens are undermining law enforcement at every level – it ends under President Trump.”

Excerpt from lawsuit:

"Sanctuary City laws and policies are designed to deliberately impede federal immigration officers’ ability to carry out their responsibilities in those jurisdictions. The Los Angeles Ordinance and other policies intentionally discriminate against the Federal Government by treating federal immigration authorities differently than other law enforcement agents through access restrictions both to property and to individual detainees, by prohibiting contractors and sub-contractors from providing information, and by disfavoring federal criminal laws that the City of Los Angeles has decided not to comply with. The Supremacy Clause prohibits the City of Los Angeles and its officials from singling out the Federal Government for adverse treatment—as the challenged law and policies do—thereby discriminating against the Federal Government. Accordingly, the law and policies challenged here are invalid and should be enjoined."

🇻🇪Venezuela Network Report | Intel, Urgent News and Archives | TOTAL CHAVISTA DEATH Edition
Cabello also announced the arrest of a 74-year-old Venezuelan citizen, identified as an academic and chemist, who allegedly had a conversation with an alleged FBI agent about the alleged location of Iranian missiles in Venezuela. "Our intelligence work allowed us to arrest him before he completed the conversation," he stated.
🇻🇪🇻🇪🇮🇷 The regime of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro has announced the arrest of an elderly man, a chemist by profession and over 70 years old, accused of attempting to report to the United States government the locations of Iranian missiles on Venezuelan soil. The arrest was disclosed by the Minister of Interior, Justice, and Peace, Diosdado Cabello

🇺🇸 According to Cabello, Venezuelan authorities identified the man after monitoring “a conversation of an old man speaking with someone with a gringo (American) accent.” The minister claimed the elderly man was preparing to contact FBI agents to allegedly provide strategic information about the possible locations of Iranian missiles in Venezuela.

Cabello stated the man was detained before completing any contact with the FBI and emphasized that he had claimed he was merely presenting theories about the presence of foreign weapons in the country. Diosdado Cabello previously confirmed that Iranian drones and other combat weapons are being manufactured in Venezuela, but he feared that this information could be leaked in detail by other individuals.

“He was talking about the danger Venezuela poses to the United States, saying bombs could be launched from here. So he supposedly knows where missiles are located in Venezuela. We did our little intelligence work and caught the man,” said the minister, describing the regime's operation.

[From the archives] 🇮🇱🇺🇸 From Iron Dome to F-15s: US provides 70% of Israel’s war costs

The U.S. government has spent at least $22.76 billion on military aid to Israel from October 7, 2023, to September 30 [2024], according to a report by Brown University’s Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs as part of its Costs of War project. About $17.9 billion was spent on direct military aid to Israel, and $4.86 billion on U.S. military operations in the war zone, including actions against Houthi forces in Yemen, such as deploying aircraft carriers and air defense batteries in the region.

[T]here is no doubt that without American assistance, the government deficit for 2024–2025 - one of the highest in the country’s history - would be about 4.3% more of the GDP - an unmanageable amount. Therefore, it is doubtful that the war would have been conducted in its current intensity or scope without U.S. assistance.

The document highlights Israel’s standing as the country that has received the most U.S. aid since World War II, totaling $251.2 billion over 66 years. Additionally, the aid provided by the Biden administration to Israel over the past year was the highest in the history of relations between the two countries, 25% higher than the second-largest amount - $14 billion in the late 1970s (in real terms, reflecting purchasing power by adjusting for inflation).

Another unique feature differentiating U.S. military aid to Israel from other countries is the allowance to spend up to 25% of the aid on Israeli-produced goods - a privilege the U.S. has granted to no other ally. The authors believe that this provision supports Israel's defense industry, making it one of the most self-sufficient countries militarily while still receiving U.S. assistance.

The bill that will bring this in has already passed several stages in the House Of Lords. Just a few left until it's law.

It says: (1) A court may make an order under this section (a “respect order”) against a person aged 18 or over (“the respondent”) if
(a) the court is satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that the respondent has engaged in or threatens to engage in anti-social behaviour, and
(b) the court considers it just and convenient to make the order for the purpose of preventing the respondent from engaging
in anti-social behaviour.

“Anti-social behaviour” means conduct that has caused, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to any person.

"Ernst Mach" - wiki
"Logical Positivism" - wiki

>As a philosopher of science, he was a major influence on logical positivism and American pragmatism. Through his criticism of Isaac Newton's theories of space and time, he foreshadowed Albert Einstein's theory of relativity.

>Mach was baptised by Peregrin Weiss. Mach later became a socialist and an atheist, but his theory and life was sometimes compared to Buddhism. Heinrich Gomperz called Mach the "Buddha of Science" because of his phenomenalist approach to the "Ego" in his Analysis of Sensations.

>In 1901, Mach accepted an appointment to the Austrian House of Lords but declined a nobility because he thought it inappropriate for a scientist to accept such a thing. He was on good personal terms with the Social Democrat politician Viktor Adler and left money in his will to the Social Democrat newspaper Arbeiter-Zeitung.

>Born to a liberal family, Mach lamented that a "very reactionary-clerical" period followed the 1848 revolutions, prompting him to plan to emigrate to America, although he never did.

>Mach was critical of the European powers' colonial conquests, saying that they "will constitute...the most distasteful chapter of history for coming generations".

>One of the best-known of Mach's ideas is the so-called Mach principle, the physical origin of inertia. This was never written down by Mach, but was given a graphic verbal form, attributed by Philipp Frank to Mach: "When the subway jerks, it's the fixed stars that throw you down."

>Mach's principle (or Mach's conjecture) is the name given by Albert Einstein to an imprecise hypothesis often credited to the physicist and philosopher Ernst Mach.

>Because intuitive notions of distance and time no longer apply, what exactly is meant by "Mach's principle" in general relativity is even less clear than in Newtonian physics

>Mach was also well known for his philosophy, developed in close interplay with his science. He defended a type of phenomenalism, recognizing only sensations as real. That position seemed incompatible with the view of atoms and molecules as external, mind-independent things. After an 1897 lecture by Ludwig Boltzmann at the Imperial Academy of Science in Vienna, Mach said, "I don't believe that atoms exist!"

>Mach's positivism influenced many Russian Marxists, such as Alexander Bogdanov. In 1908, Lenin wrote a philosophical work, Materialism and Empirio-criticism, in which he criticized Machism and the views of "Russian Machists".

>In accordance with empirio-critical philosophy, Mach opposed Ludwig Boltzmann and others who proposed an atomic theory of physics. Since one cannot observe things as small as atoms directly, and since no atomic model at the time was consistent, the atomic hypothesis seemed unwarranted to Mach, and perhaps not sufficiently "economical".

>Principles of "Machian physics":

• It should be based entirely on directly observable phenomena (in line with his positivistic leanings)
• It should completely eschew absolute space and time in favour of relative motion
Any phenomena that seem attributable to absolute space and time (e.g., inertia and centrifugal force) should instead be seen as emerging from the distribution of matter in the universe.

>The last is singled out, particularly by Einstein, as "the" Mach's principle. Einstein cited it as one of the three principles underlying general relativity. In 1930, he wrote, "it is justified to consider Mach as the precursor of the general theory of relativity" and "the whole direction of thought of this theory conforms with Mach's". Einstein further reported that he had read David Hume and Mach's work "with eagerness and admiration shortly before finding relativity theory" and that "very possibly, I wouldn't have come to the solution without those philosophical studies".

How China Ended Divorce

The recent memes about the changes to Chinese divorce law are more than a month out of date and a little exaggerated. But the changes show that the Chinese government is serious about winning the 21st century as the West continues to spiral downward into dyscivilization: China has made significant changes to its divorce laws, […]

‼️Iceland Turns Shoppers Into Suspects

Iceland (the supermarket chain, not the country) has begun rolling out facial recognition technology at self-checkouts — framing it as a tool to “prevent theft.”

Thousands of innocent people will now have to submit to biometric scans just to buy groceries. No consent, no opt-out. You’re a suspect by default, until the machine says otherwise.

And it’s already going wrong:
Just last week, a woman was falsely flagged by the Facewatch system and kicked out of a store for shoplifting — she did nothing wrong. The tech got it wrong, but the humiliation was real.

This is what Agenda 2030 looks like in real life:
— A cashless, trackable society
— AI-powered control over basic necessities
— Behavioral policing dressed up as “security”
— And no way to live outside the system without being flagged as suspicious

The goal isn’t to stop crime.
It’s to make compliance mandatory — one scan, one purchase, one data point at a time. And once the infrastructure is in place, it doesn’t go away, it expands.

🇺🇸 Trump has removed Republican Congressman Thomas Massie, who questioned the constitutionality of US strikes on Iran, from his ranks of supporters

The head of the White House called the congressman a “simple-minded upstart” and a “pathetic loser.”
🇺🇸 Donald Trump lashes out, again, at U.S. Representative KY4 Thomas Massie, for not supporting his air campaign against Iran.

Trump tells Massie that "MAGA doesn't want him", he calls him "weak", "ineffective" and "disrespectful to the American military".

Then Trump issues Massie an "ultimatum": support America First or be removed from office by a "MAGA contender" with Trump pledging to personally campaign for Massie's opponent.

📝: If Massie is so "ineffective" how come he managed to get under Trump's skin like no one else could? The fact that a single representative can live rent free in Trump's head where he has to complain on Truth Social vowing revenge shows how "ineffective" Mr. Massie's approach is.
