In June 2025, UVB-76 suddenly became active again, broadcasting strange words like “visoked,” “savoshlyup,” and “snowless.”

What does “visoked” mean?
• It is not a real Russian word.
• Likely a codeword in a preset cipher or phonetic system.
• Some speculate it’s derived from “высокий” (vysokiy = high/elevated), possibly a signal classification or alert level.
