YJ-15 — An anti-ship missile equipped with a classic combined rocket–ramjet propulsion system, featuring a solid-fuel booster located inside the ramjet combustion chamber (accelerating it to Mach 1.75–1.9) and a sustained-burn stage, likely with a valve system regulating fuel flow into the combustor. The missile can reach Mach 2.3–2.7 at altitudes of 20–5 meters. It can perform anti-air-defense maneuvers with 15–20 g load. Its range is estimated at 170 km on a sea-skimming trajectory and 250–300 km on a combined profile. It is adapted for carriage on the H-6K bomber.
YJ-17 — A hypersonic anti-ship gliding vehicle, accelerated by a single- or dual-impulse solid-fuel booster to Mach 7.5–9, with a trajectory apogee of 35–45 km and a terminal-phase speed of Mach 4–3.3. The radar cross-section of the glider may be 0.01–0.05 m². It is designed for launch from 533-mm torpedo tubes of air-independent-propulsion and nuclear submarines.
YJ-19 — A hypersonic anti-ship cruise missile with a ramjet engine, able to maintain Mach 3.7–4.5 up to the terminal phase. Its estimated range is 350–500 km.
YJ-20 — A two-stage hypersonic anti-ship ballistic missile with a range of 1,500–2,000 km and a maximum speed of Mach 8–10. It is adapted for launch from the universal vertical launchers of Type 055 destroyers.

A British soldier has died in an accident in Ukraine, the UK Ministry of Defence reported.
According to the statement, the soldier was fatally injured “in a tragic accident while observing the testing of new weapons by Ukrainian forces, far from the front line.”

Trump Jr Secures $620 Million Dollar Mega Deal With Pentagon (Among other Federal contracts)
Here is yet another brazen example of nepotism, cronyism, market rigging, conflicts of interest, bribery, money laundering etc

A little-known rare earths start-up with about 30 employees has won a blockbuster funding deal from the Pentagon, three months after Donald Trump Jr’s venture capital firm invested in the company.
Vulcan Elements will receive a $620mn loan from the US defence department as part of a $1.4bn deal to increase the supply of magnets for industries alongside partner ReElement Technologies. The pact also includes more than $550mn in private financing and other federal incentives.
The loan, agreed last month, is the largest made by the Pentagon’s Office of Strategic Capital but only the latest federal government contract handed to companies backed by Trump Jr’s $1bn-plus investment fund.
North Carolina-based Vulcan drew funding in August from 1789 Capital, a fund founded by pro-Trump donors in 2023. The US president’s son joined in 2024 and is a partner in the eight-person firm.
At least four of 1789’s portfolio companies have won contracts from the Trump administration this year, amounting to more than $735mn, according to analysis by the Financial Times. Other groups backed by Trump Jr have received regulatory relief. 1789 also invests in bigger government contractors, such as Anduril and Elon Musk’s SpaceX.
The contracts raise new questions about conflicts of interest at the heart of the Trump administration and follow an array of pardons and other legal benefits doled out to the president’s donors. This is all
in addition to the $1 billion dollars in cash the Trump family has taken from its crypto pump and dump
ventures in the past year.
