🇺🇦 The Wall Street Journal reports on the difficulties with the mobilization of connoscripts in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Between the lines, the authors hint that they are sweeping everyone.

For example, a case in Western Ukraine: they called in a disabled person and found him fit, despite the lack of hands.
