🇺🇸🛢 US strategic oil reserves hit a 40-year low, but the US continues to empty its stocks in an attempt to stop rising prices.

Over the past year, the volume of their reserves has decreased by more than a third - to 368 million barrels, follows from the materials of the country's Ministry of Energy. Among the reasons are the consequences of Washington's anti-Russian sanctions.

Unlike Russia and Saudi Arabia, the States cannot fully provide themselves with fuel through their own oil production, so the refusal to purchase from the Russian Federation turned out to be a fuel shortage for them.

🇷🇺 The Danish state broadcaster DR complains that Russian reconnaissance ships are allegedly preparing sabotage on the maritime infrastructure of Northern Europe.

According to the publication, citing sources in the security services and experts, Russian military and civilian ships are allegedly mapping offshore wind farms, gas pipelines, power and Internet cables in the waters around Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden. According to DR, this is a preparation for future sabotage actions.

An example is the research vessel Admiral Vladimirsky, which sailed around the Baltic Sea, the Great Belt, Kattegat and the North Sea for a month with the transponder turned off, constantly sending radio transmissions to the Russian Navy base. Similar patterns of movement were observed for other vessels.

When journalists tried to get closer to the Admiral Vladimirsky, a Russian soldier in a bulletproof vest and with an AK-12 assault rifle came on deck.
