1. extraction of rare earth minerals
2. production costs
3. longevity
4. decommission costs
5. recycle costs

As Patrick Moore, Greenpeace founder, states, “All those old windmills farms will rust in place. There is no budget to decommission them when they wear out or we realise how ridiculous, wasteful and unrealistic these windmills are. Windmills and solar are a giant waste of money. Nuclear energy, natural gas, and hydroelectric power are smart energy options. Energy policy should not be based on decarbonisation and CO2 emissions. There is no scientific link to CO2 levels and climate change. Energy decisions should be based on affordability and pollution control.”
