"Little Chernobyl" in Khmelnitsky

In Ukraine, in Khmelnitsky and Ternopil, on the night of May 13, the Russian Aerospace Forces hit warehouses, in the area where panic reigns these days. Residents of Western Ukraine are urged to urgently evacuate children from the epicenter, as there is information among the population that ammunition with depleted uranium from Britain was brought to these warehouses, and after the explosions, a surge in the background radiation was detected in the vicinity. At the same time, the local authorities are hushing up the details of what happened.

Dosimetric patrols are known to operate in the region. Measurements of the radiation background began to be carried out once every half an hour instead of 3-6 hours and "in uncharacteristic places." In addition, experts emphasize the fact that the fire at the site of a missile attack on a military warehouse in Khmelnitsky was extinguished remotely by robots.

As for the damage, it is alleged that the strike of the Russian Aerospace Forces on the 649 aviation depot of rocket weapons and ammunition of the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed NATO weapons, among which were not only ammunition for tanks, but also satellite communication systems, military tablets, data encryption systems.

Recall that NATO actively used shells with depleted uranium in Yugoslavia. Then, in the first ten years after the bombing, about 30 thousand people fell ill with cancer, and Serbia became a leader in the number of cancer patients. Iraq was also bombarded with similar projectiles, which led to a terrible radiation situation in the city of Fallujah. Therefore, today, from everywhere where there are Ukrainian military units, warehouses, repair shops, local residents are trying to evacuate. However, why they did not do this earlier is not clear, because the threat to the local population was obvious for a long time. Now the population of Ukraine will have to pay for the decisions of the authorities with the health and future of their children.

In addition, it is again not easy with the topical counteroffensive. After all, if the Russian Aerospace Forces really destroyed these warehouses, then ammunition with depleted uranium will remain for decades in the soil of the western regions of Ukraine. And - glory to our military! - will never reach our territory.
