realme's Bootloader Unlock Server Update is permanantly closed!
NOTE: Not an official announcement

AMD ‘Zenbleed’ exploit can leak passwords and encryption keys from Zen 2 CPUs
Tavis Ormandy uncovered a flaw "Zenbleed" (CVE-2023-20593) in Zen 2 by exploiting precise scheduling and vzeroupper to spy on operations like
According to Cloudflare, the Zenbleed exploit doesn’t require physical access to a user’s computer to attack their system, and can even be executed remotely through Javanoscript on a webpage. The flexibility of this exploit is a particular concern for cloud-hosted services as it could potentially be used to spy on users within cloud instances.
The entire Zen 2 product stack is impacted by the vulnerability, including all processors within the AMD Ryzen 3000 / 4000 / 5000 / 7020 series, the Ryzen Pro 3000 / 4000 series, and AMD’s EPYC “Rome” data center processors. AMD has already released a microcode patch for second-generation Epyc 7002 processors, though the next updates for the remaining CPU lines aren’t expected until October 2023 at the earliest.

Apple Removes Dozens of AI Apps From Chinese App Store Ahead of Crackdown
Apple has reportedly removed more than 100 generative artificial intelligence apps from the Chinese version of its App Store believed to be in violation of the country’s strict new regulations clamping down on “subversive” speech produced by ChatGPT-style chatbots.
Those restrictions, which officially take effect August 15, demand that AI developers’ products “adhere to core socialist values” and prohibit content that questions state power. If the developers can’t control their generative progeny, the products will face censorship and possible shutdowns.

Google Chrome officially removing the download bar for a new tray UI
Appearing to the right of the address bar (Omnibox), Google believes the new location “helps create a clearer separation of trusted browser UI from web content.” You’ll get an animated ring to note progress and a small pop-up when something completes, though this can be disabled from Settings > Downloads > “Show downloads when they’re done.”
Chrome is using this new download tray to provide better malware and virus warnings, as well as context. For example, Google will note when a dangerous download has been blocked.
