The kiwi wine has fermented out, ive racked it off the pulp and lees and ill let it sit for a while to age If it turns into a good wine ill bottle it and keep it as such, otherwise ill distill it
Well, its been a while and the kiwi wine has turned out to be very mid, not particularly bad but not particularly good either, as such ive distilled it
straight off the still it had an interesting taste but all in all not that much flavor, guess ill see how it turns out after aging on wood for a while
