The dry whiskey yeast took off like a rocket whereas the liquid beer yeast took its sweet time to get going

After only 3 days, the pilsner has already fermented out to between 4% and 4.5%
Racked it off the lees and will get to bottle conditioning soon
The taste currently is pretty underwhelming but thats no surprise considering its a room temperature, flat lager that hasnt been lager-ed or carbonated yet
