Doesnt smell or taste much like smoke but we'll see how much flavor comes through after distillation

Another bucket joins the fold (theres a bottle with 20L of sugar wash to the right too)
I once again forgot to add a small amount of yeast nutrients and as a result the yeast started producing sulfites
Result: my entire house smells like rotten eggs
