After the coloring process i wanted it to cool down quicker so i dropped in some ice cubes to help with that
First the ice cubes sank, then after they had melted, the water barely mixed with the liquor and just formed this very low ABV layer at the bottom that louched, as is typical for absinthe
Looked very weird
