Stalker gamma is good fun

Distilling the banana rum now and while previously it barely smelled like bananas, after doing a stripping run and adding a bit of dunder to it as you do with rum, it now smells a whole lot like candy bananas

Also making a new batch of vodka since i used two thirds of the last batch for the absinthe and im planning on making lots of liqueurs this winter

Unfortunately i pretty much dont taste any banana in the final product
Perhaps after it has aged some time ill be able to taste it but for now it seems that this hasnt been worth the bananas
