📑 PROP-001: $ALG Buyback & Revenue Share Proposal

A portion of the monthly trading revenue generated by the AlgonFX treasury will be used to buy back $ALG tokens directly from the open market. These buybacks serve as both a value-accrual mechanism and a way to distribute revenue to tokenholders.

All bought-back tokens are split into two parts:
1) Part is sent to the DAO treasury (held as a strategic reserve),
2) Part is distributed to holders as revenue share (in $ALG).

Important: All distributions happen after a market buyback. Everything is backed by real yield.

The remaining share of the revenue is retained in the treasury to compound and grow. This is essential for building exponential returns and reaching the long-term goal of 200%+ APY.
If all profits were spent on buybacks, the treasury would stagnate — and the flywheel would stall.

Propose three possible allocation models:

Conservative Model

30% of revenue goes to buybacks, 70% stays in the trading treasury.
Bought-back tokens are split 50/50 between the DAO and holders.
This model focuses on maximizing treasury growth and long-term scalability.

Balanced Model

50% of revenue is used for buybacks, 50% is retained.
The distribution of tokens remains 50/50 between DAO and holders.
This model strikes a healthy balance between compounding capital and rewarding the community.

Aggressive Model

80% of revenue is spent on buybacks, with just 20% left to compound.
The distribution of tokens remains 50/50 between DAO and holders.
Best used in short bursts to drive community engagement, boost demand, and support the token — but less sustainable over the long term.

P.S.
I recommend starting with the Balanced Model, then adjusting quarterly based on performance data, treasury growth, and market conditions.
