This proposal asks the DAO to select one primary $ALG distribution model to implement first.
The chosen model will define how treasury profits, buybacks, and incentives are distributed to $ALG holders.

🔹 Context
Currently, $ALG lacks a structured incentive model for holders.
PROP-002 introduces a new system designed to create constant demand for $ALG while rewarding long-term participation.

🔸 Distribution Models

💡 Option 1: Full Burn of All Buyback Tokens
All $ALG purchased through AlgonFX profits will be permanently burned.

Goal: Deflationary tokenomics, scarcity-driven value growth.
Pros: Simple, transparent, strong supply reduction narrative.
Cons: No direct rewards for holders.

💡Option 2: Revenue-Share for Large Holders (>1% supply)
Holders with over 1% of total supply receive direct profit share (in $ALG).

Goal: Incentivize large, strategic investors to hold.
Pros: Attracts and retains whales.
Cons: Limited impact for smaller holders.

💡 Option 3: Base Staking (Stake $ALG → Earn $ALG)
All holders can stake $ALG and earn rewards in $ALG, sourced from buybacks.

Goal: Encourage holding, reduce circulating supply.
Pros: Accessible for everyone, boosts TVL.
Cons: Needs careful reward design to avoid inflation.

💡 Option 4: Power Staking (Boosted Rewards for Long-Term Locks)
Lock $ALG for 3-6–12 months to earn more APR. Optional NFT boosters in future.

Goal: Increase loyalty, reduce sell pressure.
Pros: Builds long-term holder base.
Cons: Adds complexity to staking mechanics.

Distribute $ALG rewards based on DAO voting, proposal creation, and contributions.
