💥Scalping is “A” ok if BTC is trending up. 🚀

Everyone wants more BTC long- term. Right?

Couple ways to achieve that and I’m sure there are a lot more:

(No particular order)

>Alts gain exponentially when BTC is trending. Accumulate more BTC by buying and holding cheap respected alts below ATH and managing avg buy costs and shaving profits into BTC is a proven formula.

>Sell any alt holdings that are already in profit when BTC dumps to accumulate more BTC at cheaper prices. Reserve funds in form of alts.

>Sell BTC at highs, sit in stable coin and rebuy lower. Rebuy the dip.

>Trade in BTC, camp trade (high take profit targets) in daily coins that are out-gaining BTC and sell back to BTC or Stable coin at the daily highs then rebuy BTC when price is favorable.

>Triple arbitrage: Use any other base coin besides BTC to trade. Take profits then sell that accumulated base coin when BTC pricing is favorable at daily, weekly, monthly lows. Most other base coins aren’t as volatile as BTC.

OK, just a quick question from a noob. Say my long term hodl is eos. Am I best keeping on exchange and setup a bot to trade eos/usdt or eos/btc or just hodl in wallet and not trade? Thanks

I use SmartCover to hedge/ protect my coin holdings average price as I prefer to buy at recent lows vs using a short bot which leaves your quote coin exposed or get caught in a super-pump and be in the “red” for days, weeks or months.

Moomin Papa has a great YouTube video on SmartCover.

SmartCover allows you to profit any way the coin is trending w/ full editing throughout the trade and can be maintained as often as your schedule allows you just need to set your configs accordingly.

Welcome to CQS Scalping Signals

This channel's purpose is to deliver scalping signals for cryptocurrencies trading on BINANCE and BITTREX.

Our scalping signals are meant to provide up to 1.5% profit in short term (between a few minutes and three days). However, we don't offer any guarantees about that.

Of course, if you aim less than 1.5% profit, your chances of closing your trades successfully would increase and the time required for it would decrease. We suggest you to aim for 1.15% on BINANCE and 1.4% on BITTREX, so you will get 1% pure profit after exchange fees.

You can use this channel content to trade manually or automatically using 3Commas, Zignaly and eventually other supported bots in the fututre.

Here, you will get three types of signals as well as periodic reports. Signal types are:

- BUY to start LONG positions.
- SELL to start SHORT positions.
- CLOSE to close a previously opened position.

The instructions below are related to 3Commas Composite bot usage, but most concepts can be also applied to other bots or manual trading.

The strategy is based on the principle that the signals are only issued for coins that are about to go up at least for the aimed percentage, so we are not going to use stop loss on them.

However, due to the market volatility, sometimes prices may go down a little bit before actually going up, so to prevent these drops from messing up with our trades, we are going to use DCA (safety orders on 3Commas) up to two levels in Double Down mode, which means we will be buying twice our position's size every time we need to apply DCA. This same strategy may be applied with other bots that also support automated DCA.

So, you should set your safety order size twice as large as your base order size and set the max safety trades count as two (2). Our recommended price deviation to open safety trades is 2.5% with 2.0 volume scale and 1.0 step scale. This will make your second safety order (if necessary) twice as large as the first one.

So, in short your bot should have these settings:

Strategy = LONG or SHORT
Pairs = You can use BTC_ALL (for all coins) or choose the coins you like.
Safety trade size = 2x BO (Base trade size)
Max safety trades count = 2
Price deviation to open safety trades = 2.5
Safety order volume scale = 2.0
Safety order step scale = 1.0
Stop Loss (percentage) = 0.0
Trade start condition = CQS Scalping Signals

Any other bot settings are option and can be left at their defaults.

#CQS Composite Bot "Max Active Deals" These statistics (from Nov 22-Jan 2) are really an eye-opener when considering how to MAXIMIZE the use of your total trade funds.
Correction... Considering only the closed signals, 18.53% of them used DCA. So, 81.47% of the positions were closed without DCA
This stragegy went live on November, 22nd. 4149 signals issued so far. 3857 already closed, corresponding to 92.96% of the signals.
Bitcoin chart for the Nov 22-Jan 2 period referenced above.
CQS BTC data of ALL Closed Trades
(will update with Open trade data soon)

You may wish to use this info to determine how many Max active deals you can actually fund (since most deals have only used the Base Order in past trading).
5% vs. 10% DUMP = BTC vs. USDT

Good thing I picked the stable coin pair to #SmartCover my #ADA Cardano holding.
