The Supreme Court declined to hear the Brunson case that aimed to overturn the 2020 election results.
Raland Brunson and his brothers filed the case in Utah, alleging that the election was rigged and members of Congress violated their oath of office by not investigating alleged fraud.
They claimed that failing to comply with the oath of office amounted to a national security breach that was an act of war.
The case was moved to federal court, but the Supreme Court initially turned down the case in January and rejected a request for a rehearing today (February 21).
The Brunson brothers hoped the Supreme Court would overturn the election results and reinstate former President Donald Trump.
At this point, the Brunson brothers' options appear to be limited as the Supreme Court has rejected their case twice, leaving no further legal avenues for them to pursue. Their fight for the good of America may continue, but it will have to be in a different arena.
