Silicon Valley Bank was questioned about money they possibly handled for accused sex offender Jeffrey Epstein or entities linked to him, Bloomberg News reported.
The subpoenas were issued by U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George, who filed a civil lawsuit against Epstein's estate and is seeking to recover money and to pay his victims.
Subpoenas sought information about partnerships, nonprofits and other entities linked to Epstein.
