Although it's probably Max's fault (our cat. He wants in the server room. We do not want him in the server room. He gets in the server room anyway), we've now fixed a bug that could have prevented READMEs and CHANGELOGs from showing. Downloads were unaffected.

Some users may have found their API token blank if they needed a token regenerated due to automatic token rotation. We've identified the issue causing such changes not to propagate correctly and applied a fix.
