This can lead to bootloops in the worst case scenario. We're grateful that due to our architecture and control of releases we were able to pull the affected updates quickly. If you've installed any of the following versions during the brief period they were available, please clean install 5.7.6 to avoid any bugs/bootloops:

The latest update to the popular Font Manager Magisk module, version 5.7.6, is now available and brings with it a host of exciting new features and improvements.

⚠️ We're aware of issues with font manager on the Pixel 7 Pro.

The issues seem to be exclusive to that device so the majority of users will be unaffected. We're investigating but as nobody at Androidacy has the device, we don't have the solution yet - if there even is one.

We don't however believe it's on our end but on Google's end, as they appear to have changed something related to font handling that's causing issues with our patching method in some apps.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconveniences caused. As a reminder, only the Pixel 7 Pro is affected by our current reports.

⚠️ Old API availability issues.

Unfortunately, the old API has far outgrown its original usage design and as of the past few days has started struggling to keep up with and serve requests.

We are working on mitigations for the issue and will hopefully have an update for WebView Manager and Font Manager to upgrade to the new API soon.

✅ We've identified the issue causing WebView Manager downloads to fail and applied a workaround.

Please note this is still a stopgap measure until the module is updated to the new API, and speed of installation may still be slow.

In other news, we've also been making progress on the v11 update. Once that is completed, we intend to release a similar update for Font Manager.
