Is anyone still using a ROM that has /product/vendor_overlay/ in it? If yes, please DM @reiryuki.

It's exactly /product/vendor_overlay and NOT /product/overlay nor /system/overlay nor /vendor/overlay nor /system_ext/overlay nor /odm/overlay, they are different.

I'm planning to make HIDL Audio Service Magisk Module. Now I have android.hardware.audio.service arm architecture but don't have the arm64 architecture yet. Can someone send me android.hardware.audio.service arm64 architecture?

Check in your Termux:

su

file /*/bin/hw/android.hardware.audio.service

If there is 64-bit and arm64 in the output then send me the file @reiryuki.
