The bison has a strong, rough tongue that it uses to lick its nose and fur, and it can easily grasp grass while grazing. Its tongue is covered with coarse, sandpaper-like papillae, allowing it to literally scrape the grass off the ground. 🦬🌾

Horses naturally have a calm and sensitive relationship with people — they can sense emotions and react to tone of voice and body posture. 🐴💛 They are especially gentle and patient with children, which makes them ideal animals for hippotherapy and for a child’s first contact with nature. They can form strong bonds and often become true human companions.

Capybaras are exceptionally social animals and the whole herd takes care of the young, not only the mother. 🐹🌿 The babies are born fully furred with their eyes open, and they start swimming and eating grass very early, while also nursing from several females in the group. This shared caregiving strengthens the bond within the colony and increases the survival chances of the babies.

Sea turtles really do eat jellyfish, especially leatherbacks that specialize in them. 🐢🌊 Thanks to the tough lining in their mouth and throat, they are protected from stinging cells that would harm other animals. By feeding on jellyfish, they help keep the balance of the oceans by controlling their population.

That moment when you accidentally catch your own reflection in the mirror in the morning and instantly realize you are not in the mood for people or for life today 😅
