Re:done Radar & Red Forest 0.9.2.1

Radar has been renewed with a new challenge for Monolith or Sin to reactivate Brain Scorcher when Lab X-19 is now occupied with hostile forces. When the Brain Scorcher is disabled, the spawn will adapt to the player's faction, with some variances between factions. In Red Forest, Monolith has an outpost at the bridge and camp at the mine cave, and it also has spawns that will adapt to the player's faction at the bridge outpost when Brain Scorcher is disabled. The Sin base has been transferred to a different map. A megafone with Monolith propaganda ambient has been added, as well as a transceiver with the ability to toggle on and off the propaganda ambient.

Knife is always a fallback in the ARENA anomaly fix

i found it strange anomaly did not give you a knife in the arena so i fixed it however due to the devs of anomaly taking some inspiration from yandere dev any mod that overrides xr_effects.noscript will conflict and i know what your thinking. why the hell is the ARENA loadouts an "effect"? wish i knew but hey at least it runs better than yandere sim!
