This mod is 'One Weather Mod To Rule Them All' but corrected, completed and overhauled. This weather mod aims at fixing multiple visual issues. It also brings other weather changes as it was made for ZSP. No, you don't need ZSP. I use EFP as my base and I added more mods, so the result will change if you are on Anomaly or just base EFP. It still looks great on base EFP and I am confident that it will look great on Anomaly. GAMMA users, you will have to ask their staff/mods.
