Items rebalance by Breaker_oak

This mod is a set of changes to the original Anomaly configuration files, in which it was changed and reworked: crafting, balance of food, drinks, medicines, repair kits and tools; slightly increased the chance of extracting mutant parts; helmets and gas masks were added to parts that fall out during disassembly; the ability to prepare water was added, vodka, charcoal; fuel and cooking tools have changed the number of uses and price. For the main character, the health threshold at which he started and stopped limping was increased; the ban on movement was removed if stamina ran out; the health regeneration rate was slightly increased at the cost of satiety; the collision radius with stalkers was reduced; and the damage from bleeding was increased. The possibility of simple crafting in the inventory by dragging and dropping has also been added, as well as the ability to obtain jars and plastic when using items and a system of toxins has been added.

Artifacts Wrong Weight Values Fix

Most artifacts, when put into containers or modules, have wrong weight values. More precisely, most of them become lighter, ranging from 40g up to 1745g. For example, when you put "Gold Fish", which weights 1490g into lead container, which weights 2120g, you get container with wrong weight of 2590g, which is 1020g lighter, than it supposed to be. But when put it in tier 1 module, it gains 260g. Tier 2 module – loses 690g. Tier 3 module – loses only 80g. Two more examples: "Cristall" loses 270g, regardles where you put it, "Fireball" – 1050g. In some cases container with artifact weights less than empty container itself. This addon changes all weight values to correct ones.
