A new GPT model is here which can "Think" and called o1.

This model shows drastic performance increment compared to GPT-4o especially in coding and solving mathematic problems.

For context in the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO), GPT-4o correctly solved only 13% of problems, while the reasoning model scored 83%.

#Android 15 getting redesigned settings page with top level settings cards.

Android 15 is also getting a new quick input/keyboard switcher button to let users quickly switch between languages and keyboards. Users can also long press to get the list.

In addition a slightly improved screen recording chip has been which will also let users stop recording instantly.

Android 15 tests a new Charging optimization feature which will let users limit the charging capacity to 80% to extend battery life.

A recent serious security concern regarding Telegram on raise where accounts are being created using someone else's phone number without them initiating or trying to.

For instance I came across 4 cases within a week where victims don't even have telegram installed in their phone, one victim does not even have a smart phone but, I got notification in Telegram saying that they joined Telegram.

When I further investigate by accessing their accounts the accounts are being accessed by unknown devices from countries like Russia & US.

When I tried to seek similar incidents I've seen there are similar instances reported by various Reddit users way before as well.

One of them suggests that the core reason behind this issue is the Telegram's verification process which seems not that secure.

The same vulnerability can be also used to access accounts without 2FA enabled as well.

Prevention:
- Enable 2FA
- Check whether there is anyone from your contact recently joined Telegram and cross verify with them through a call.
- If anyone you know is asking for a financial assistant or so on potentially they're not the real person.

Instagram introduced Teen accounts; which automatically apply certain restrictions on accounts created by teens (under 16).
