$TON announced that it will soon integrate Axelar's permissionless Mobius Development Stack (MDS) to enable cross-chain connectivity.

330 million users of Tether (USDT)
At the moment, the $USDT stablecoin is used by 330 million cryptocurrency wallets and onchain accounts. This was reported by its issuer Tether.
The company compared the figure with the US population and stressed that the final result does not include $USDT users on centralised bitcoin exchanges. The latter are estimated by Tether at several tens of millions more.
Tether attributed the increase in audience to second-tier solutions and the development of the TON ecosystem.

Toncoin whales have raised $72 million to prevent the collapse of $TON
To prevent $TON from falling further, crypto whales have stepped in to buy up the cryptocurrency in large volumes. This influx of buying pressure came after several instances where $TON seemed poised to fall to the $4 mark.
According to IntoTheBlock, the net flow of large holders of $TON has increased by 44% over the past seven days. In the crypto space, large holders are addresses that control roughly 1% of the total circulating supply of a token.

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin considers the lack of a unified ecosystem to be the main problem of the network. He stated this at Shanghai Blockchain Week 2024.
