🔥 we created a spreadsheet and a discord server where we track which artist had their art stolen, whether monetization is enabled, and all the relevant links!

🔥 we got a legal template that helps artists to remove their art by filing a DMCA takedown notice.

👻✏️✏️✏️ : We found a couple of channels that have bots which deliver art from Twitter. You subscribe to the bot, specify which artist you want, and you get the art when the artist posts it. The artist, accordingly, gets no statistics and is completely unaware. 😭😭😭 Hell!

If you follow Genshin or Honkai artists, or are an artist for this fandom yourself (especially with an active Twitter) and want to help, we really welcome you on the server or in a DM to @dudeitsteachable; I will add you to the chat.

🕺 ✏️✏️✏️: Encontramos un par de canales que tienen bots que distribuyen arte de Twitter. Te suscribes al bot, indicas qué artista quieres, y recibes el arte cuando el artista lo publica. Al artista, como es lógico, no le llegan estadísticas y no se entera en absoluto. 😭😭😭 ¡Demonios!

Si sigues a artistas de Genshin o Honkai, o eres un artista de este fandom (especialmente con un Twitter activo) y quieres ayudar, te esperamos en el servidor o en un MD a @dudeitsteachable; te agregaré al chat.

💢 пожаловаться внутри приложения за нарушение авторских прав нельзя, самое близкое это за спам. но спамом выкладывание рисунков не считается. трое авторов, до того, как мы изучили вопрос с жалобой на почту, жаловались через приложение и в итоге ИХ аккаунты заблокировали за отправление жалоб.

второй кейс — если писать при этом самому админу канала лично, админ может наслать на вас своих подписчиков и ботов, такое тоже было; в итоге вас могут задоксить, забуллить, массово затравить или заблокировать :( такое тоже было :(

это не судебный иск, это такая же жалоба, как и через приложение, просто на почту и по определенному шаблону. это безопасно!

💢 reporting copyright infringement within the app is not possible; the closest option is reporting for spam. however, posting artwork is not considered spam. three authors, before we researched the issue of email complaints, reported through the in-app system, and as a result, THEIR accounts were blocked for submitting complaints.

the second case: if you personally message the channel admin about this, the admin can sic their subscribers and bots on you. this has happened too. in the end, you could be doxxed, bullied, mass-harassed, or blocked :( This has also happened :(
