I've been hopping back and forth between subbed and dubbed right now, and I noticed a small, yet significant change between these two lines of dialogue from Commander Pixis speech in Trost Episode 11. Am I misunderstanding the dub's intention or is it mistranslated?

I found the musical score for "Guren No Yumiya" that I played when I was in the school band club

Attack on titan is the best anime to recommend for someone who hates anime

There is no fan service that could discourage people that call all anime weird because of it and show better side of said anime.

The story makes you ask question which further more leads to interest in how things will escalate.

Personaly when i told my best friend to watch aot (he was hater before it, it took me MONTHS to convince him) i were telling him foreshadowings for instant after Bomboclap and Rihno betrayed scouts i immediatly showed him how it was foreshadowed: burito trying to turn into titan on tower,Reiner and Ymir scene,Reiner taking his hoodie off.

These small details made experience for him even better so foreshadowings/small details are another great thing about attack on titan.

Peak moments like Erwin final speech, rumbling, bomboclap and Reze betrayal etc are what made aot so good and enjoyable

Getting my sister onto peak

So yea, i've been trying to put my 14 yr old little sister on Aot. But she doesnt want to even give it a try, its 9.1 imdb, amazing story, no plor holes... All things I tried to argument to her but she allways responds with "but its anime and idont like that". Btw she hasn't watched an anime in her life, even so Aot is probablly the least "animeish" animes, its like an actual series. And I allready know she'll probablly like it but is just beig stuborn, any ideas to get her to give it a try?

did eren lack free will because of the attack titan?

i dont fully understand the show yet so this might be a stupid questions that was already answered in the anime,

but i was thinking about this, cause eren never achieved freedom or seemed like he had free will even though he yearned for freedom in the entirety of the show.

similar to the founding titan, every subject descending from royal blood that inherited it suddenly lost free will or gave up on ideas that they longed for before inheriting the titan. Like for example, Uri and Frieda: both wanted to eliminate all titans and release humanity from their confinement within the walls. But they gave up on that desire cause of the vow renouncing war basically they lost their free will and the vow from the first king overtook them.

Now im wondering if thats a similar case with eren and the attack titan. Eren is probably one of the most complex characters that i know so i‘m sure this was probably answered and i just didnt catch on lol.
