Abu Bakr As-Siddiq (رضي الله عنه) used to say in his sermons:
"Where is the beauty and the handsome? Where are those who were delighted by their youth and good looks? Where are the kings who built cities and fenced them with walls? Where are the victorious in wars? They all perished and ended in the depths of dark graves! Hasten and hurry up [to do good deeds]; but death is faster.”
[Al-Zuhd by Imam Ahmad (2/18), Hilyah al-Awliya’ (1/34) and Sifat al-Safwah (1/261)]

A Supplication to Remove Poverty and All Harms
Mak-hool (rahimahullah) said:
Whoever says —
laa hawlaa wa-laa quwwata illa bilLaah, wa-laa mal-ja’a min-Allahi illa ilayH
There is no power nor strength except with Allah, and there is no refuge from Allah except unto Him
— Allah will remove from him seventy types of harm,
the least of which is poverty.
[Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah (rahimahullah), 20447]
From the Treasures of Jannah
Abu Musa (radiyAllahu ‘anhu) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said to me, "Shall I not guide you to a treasure from the treasures of Jannah?"
I said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!"
Thereupon he (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
"(Recite) 'laa hawla wa laa quwwata illa bilLaah' (there is no change of a condition nor power except by Allah)."

“La ilaha illa anta, subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimin.”
— Surah Al-Anbiya (21:87)
This dua is the language of a heart that has nothing left but Allah. It begins with tawhid acknowledging that only Allah can save — then moves to tasbih, declaring His perfection, and finally to humility, admitting one’s own weakness and mistakes.
When Prophet Yunus (عليه السلام) recited this in the depths of darkness, Allah responded from above the heavens. It teaches us that relief begins not with excuses, but with honesty before Allah. Whoever calls upon Allah with this dua sincerely, broken, and hopeful will never be turned away.
Sometimes salvation is not found in changing our situation, but in returning to Allah with a heart that says: “Ya Rabb, You are perfect, and I am in need.” 🤍✨

DUA FOR THE ONE WHO CANNOT SLEEP AT NIGHT
Dua if you can't sleep
Khalid bin Walid (radiAllahu anhu) reported that once he suffered from insomnia. The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said to him, "Shall I teach you words that will make you go to sleep when you say them? Say (the below)":
[abu Dawud 4:12, at-Tabrani in his Al-Kahir and Al-Awsat]
Allahumma Rabbas Samawaatis-Sab'i, wa ma adhal-lat, wa Rabbal-aradina, wa ma aqal-lat, wa Rabbash-Shaiateena, wa ma adhal-lat kun li jaran min sharri khalqika ajma'een ay-yafruta 'alaya ahad-um-minhum, aw ay-yatgha. Azza jaruk, wa tabarakasmuk
"O Allah! Lord of the seven Firmaments and whatever they cover, Lord of the seven earths and whatever they contain, Creator of the devils and whoever they mislead, Be my Protector from the evil of all Your Creatures lest some of them may hasten with insolence against me or transgress the bounds. Honoured is he who is in Your Protection and Blessed is Your Name."

When ever you find things difficult in your life recite this verses continuously:
Ibn Al-Qayyim RA said in his book Madaarij As-Saalikeen, “Whenever Shaykhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah RA found things difficult, he would recite the verses mentioning tranquility. I heard him say about a difficult situation that happened to him during his sickness, ‘When I got very sick, I asked those who were around me to recite on me the verses that speak about tranquility. Once they did, I recovered completely.ʼ”
Ibn Al-Qayyim RA also said, “I read these verses and I found that they had a great influence on the assurance and tranquility of the heart.”
Below are the 6 Ayaat of the Qurʼaan that speak of Sakinah, and whose recital these scholars say have proven to be beneficial to draw tranquility into our lives:
Surah Baqarah: Verse 248
Surah Tawbah: Verse 26
Surah Tawbah: Verse 40 Surah Fath: Verses 4 Verse 18 and Verse 26

TO BE FREE OF DEBT AND WANTS 🍂
Fatimah (رضی الله عنها) came to the Prophet (ﷺ) to ask him for a servant, and he (ﷺ) said: lI do not have anything to give you." So she went back, but after that he (ﷺ) came to her and said: "Is what you asked for dearer to you, or something better than that?" Ali (رضى الله عنه) said to her: "Say: something better than that." A Powerful Dua for Forgiveness (After Salah)
A man once completed his prayer and, while sitting in the Tashahhud, he recited:
Allahumma inni as’aluka ya Allah, bi-annaka Al-Waahid Al-Ahad As-Samad, alladhi lam yalid wa lam yoolad, wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad, an taghfir li dhunoobi; innaka anta Al-Ghafoor Ar-Raheem.
“O Allah, I ask You because You are Allah — the One, the Only, the Self-Sufficient; who neither begets nor is born, and there is none comparable to Him — that You forgive me my sins, for indeed You are the All-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.”
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Allah has forgiven him (three times).”

SHOULD'NT WE WAIT TILL THE SEA PARTS? HOW TO KEEP GOING DURING HARDSHIPS By Nisaar Y. Nadiadwala
When Musa, peace be upon him, stood on the bank of the sea and the sight of the pursuing Pharaoh's army was clear, the Bani Israel panicked and screamed out: O Musa! We are trapped from both the sides. The Prophet of Allah did not agree but declared confidently " Surely not, My Lord is with me" . Mosa, peace be upon him, did not claim that he had that miraculous stick with him nor was he informed by the divine revelation that the sea would be parted, but the only assurance he had was if you bear with patience Allah will give you a way to escape.
The people of Bani Israel lost their hope in Allah just a few minutes before the help of Allah arrived. The moment they blamed their leader for their woes and their leader shows his trust in Allah, the help of Allah came and the sea was parted.
When Ibrahim, peace be upon him was thrown in fire, he refused to accept the help of even angels but looked up to only Allah, though the blazing fire was only few seconds away from him.
Yaqub, peace be upon him, waited for his dearest son for years and continued to wait, in spite being demoralized by his other sons and he said I can smell Yusuf. This was little time before the help of Allah arrived.
Ayub, peace be upon him, kept on saying Inshallah I will get alright, and during the last stages of his suffering he prostrated before Allah and continued asking for His help. He did not give up till the help of Allah arrived. Ibn Kathir says, he did not give up hopes of being cure from a disease that started at the age of 70 and continued for 17 years!
Most of us give up hopes right at a time when the help of Allah is about to descend. In other words " Most of us are unable to observe sabr with patience" Sabr is not a short term notice of waiting but it is a continuous process till Allah helps you.. Consider the last verses of Surah Al e Imran, Y Ayyuhal lazina aamanosbiroo wassabiroo.. O who believed! Have sabr and keep continuing sabr.
The easiest way to observe sabr is to increase the Dhikr of Allah during hardships. Note the Quranic verses about the days of Hajj, where Allah instructs us to to remember Him in large amount and listen to the stories of people who survived hardships and abstain from passing any negative remark about Allah's help. It could be that the sea was about to part but we looked away.

Du'aa for Strength to Stay Within Halal
Ya Allah, suffice me with what You have made lawful so that I do not need what is unlawful and enrich me through Your bounty so that I am not dependent on anyone besides You.
Transliteration: Allahumma’kfini bi-halalika ʿan haramik, wa aghnini bi-fadlika ʿamman siwak. (Jami' at-Tirmidhi)
This du'aa, reported from Ali ibn Abi Talib (RA), captures something many people struggle with quietly: the need to feel fulfilled, to feel secure and to feel provided for without falling into what is impermissible or harmful.
It’s a du'aa for those navigating pressure, financial hardship or internal tug-of-war between what is allowed and what feels easier but isn’t right.
The first half of the du'aa asks Allah to make the halal available but also truly sufficient because it’s one thing to have lawful options, it’s another to feel settled and satisfied with them.
When hearts are restless, what’s haram can sometimes appear more appealing. This du'aa asks Allah to take away that struggle by making what He has allowed feel complete, fulfilling and enough.
The second half asks to be enriched by His fadl, His bounty, in a way that removes dependence on others because it’s not always about material need alone. Emotional or social neediness can make us lean heavily on people for approval, love, validation or a sense of self-worth.
This du'aa asks Allah to give us such fullness and ease from Him directly that we no longer seek it elsewhere. It’s a request for contentment without compromise and dignity without dependence.
May Allah make the halal feel sufficient in every part of our lives, may He enrich our hearts and our hands through His provision and may we never feel like we need to turn away from Him to be fulfilled. Ameen.

Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA) The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“Whoever sees a person afflicted with a trial and says:
‘All praise is due to Allah, who has protected me from that with which He has tested you, and who has favored me greatly over many of those whom He has created.’
(Al-hamdu lillahi alladhi ʿafani mimma ibtalaka bihi wa faddalani ʿala kathirin mimman khalaqa tafdila),
he will not be afflicted with that trial.”
Reference: Jami at-Tirmidhi — Hadith 3432
Reminder:
This dua was taught by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to be recited quietly upon seeing someone afflicted, as a means of expressing gratitude to Allah and safeguarding the heart from arrogance. It is not meant to belittle the afflicted person; rather, it nurtures humility, shukr (gratitude), and seeking protection through Allah’s mercy.

Imagine 💭 that you are standing on the day of Judgment being accountable for your deeds, and you can't guarantee your entry to Jannah. 💔
Suddenly you find that you have mountains of Hasanat (rewards) in your record ❤️
Do you know from where these mountains of rewards come from?
Because in Dunya you kept saying :”SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi SubhanAllah al ‘Adhim”
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, they are loved by Al Rahman (the Most Merciful One):
سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ وَ بِحَمْدِهِ ، سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ الْعَظِيمِ - SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi, Subhan-Allahi 'l-`adheem (Glory be to Allah, and Praise, Glory be to Allah, the Supreme)"
(Bhukari , Muslim)
Can you imagine how much your reward will be multiplied if you this information about the virtue of this remembrance with your friends and they keep saying it (SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi SubhanAllah Al Adheem) because you guided them to do?
"The One Who Guides Others to Good Deeds is Like the One Who Does Them"
JazakAllahu khaiyran 👍🏻

Kun-Faya-Kun‚ you will bloom again‚ you will heal. You will be smiling again with your whole heart!
Keep Sab'r -صبر because after all patience‚ there is something beautiful for you.
I Love to Read this Whenever I'm Upset; Subhan'Allah!
"wa lasaufa yu'tika rabbuka fa tarda."
And your Lord(Allah) is going to give you, and you will be Satisfied.

BENIFICIAL KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTABLE DEEDS.
Knowledge is not something that the slave laboriously seeks, even if it is with the best of scholars, absolutely not. Knowledge is what Allah gives to His selected slaves out of His sheer mercy. The Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"من يرد الله به خيرًا يفقه في الدين"
"When Allah wishes good for someone, He bestows upon him the understanding of Deen"
[Al Bukhari & Muslim]
The opposite is also true. Our noble scholars hold the view that if Allah does not wish good for someone He Azza-Wa-Jal will not bestow upon him understanding of the Deen.
Ponder seriously over the above, its no doubt a tremendous affair. It behooves the slave to constantly remain in the habit of beseeching Allah for Benificial Knowledge and Acceptable Deeds.
It was narrated from Umm Salamah (radiAllahuanha) that when the Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) performed the Fajr prayer (morning prayer), and after making the Salam, would say:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا وَعَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلاً
Allahumma inni as’aluka ilman naafi’an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa ‘amalan mutaqabbalan.
O Allah, I ask You for Beneficial Knowledge, Pure Provision, and Acceptable Deeds.
[Reference: Ibn Majah and others. See Al-Albani, Sahih Ibn Majah 1/152 and Majma'uz-Zawd'id 10/111].
May Allah inspire all of us to make the aforesaid supplication regularly and gain beneficial knowledge to perform acceptable deeds.
