BAD NEWS: Ducey has transmitted HB2156 directly to the Secretary of State, without signature or veto, meaning it will become law. HB2156 is the $125 million handout to woke Hollywood liberals to import thousands of California voters into Arizona to make movies. The proponents and Governor were warned about the likely unconstitutionality of this bill, and it would be reasonable to expect to see it in the courts shortly.

GOOD NEWS: Governor Ducey has SIGNED HB2243, the revival of the vetoed HB2617, a comprehensive voter roll maintenance measure ensuring only qualified individuals are voting in our elections. Huge THANK YOU to Representive Chaplik for his dedication and hard work to get this reform across the finish line, and to the THOUSANDS of activists who continued to contact their lawmakers and the Governor telling them to SUPPORT clean and current voter rolls.

David Cook was the SOLE “Republican” to vote with every democrat last year to kill legislation that would have prohibited cities and counties from requiring prevailing wages or union labor as a condition of receiving a bid or contract…

🚨BREAKING: Free Enterprise Club Files Legal Challenge against AZ Corrupt Elections Act 🚨
The complaint contends that well over half of signatures the “Free and Fair Elections” initiative were gathered illegally and includes evidence of illegally collected signatures along with proof that many of the initiative’s paid circulators provided false information or failed to register with the Secretary of State.
“After analyzing over 45,000 petition sheets and 420,000 signatures, it’s clear that well over half of the signatures on this election initiative were collected in violation of state law,” said Club President Scot Mussi. “That should be more than enough to invalidate this initiative.”

🚨 FREEDOM ALERT 🚨
This week Arizona conservatives officially launched the Arizona Freedom Caucus! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The Arizona Freedom Caucus launched with nearly 1/3rd of all Arizona House Republicans as founding members. The Caucus will have a direct line of communication and collaboration with the U.S. House Freedom Caucus in Washington DC, as well as, other state freedom caucuses around the country.
I'm honored to have been elected as the Founding Chairman of the Arizona Freedom Caucus by its members, along with Founding Vice Chairman Rep. Jacqueline Parker, and Founding Secretary/Treasurer Rep. Joseph Chaplik.
The Arizona Freedom Caucus is currently a unicameral caucus; however, we are proud to announce that in 2023 we will expand to be a bicameral caucus with members in both the Arizona House and Senate.
