На другом берегу устья реки, есть ещё один завод. Так вот в этом году он хорошенько так подгорел. Говорят что проводка, но не исключают и что хохлы поспособствовали.

На наш завод периодически заходят опера ФСБ. Ищут кото-то

It seems that the entire country, including the Democrats themselves, was truly shocked at the state of Biden's cognitive decline last night. Although there were clear signs of impairment in 2020, he has thus far been able to pull it together, probably with the aid of drugs, for major public appearances such as the State of the Union or previous debates in the last four years.

But almost immediately after Biden stepped onto the stage last night it became undeniably clear that his mental decline is so acute as to be disqualifying. Throughout the night, Democrat leaders and activists began to openly urge Biden to withdraw from the ticket based singularly on his catastrophic performance.

As some have pointed out already, since Biden has surpassed the delegate threshold to secure the nomination he cannot be forced off the ticket, he must withdraw. But in his present condition I don't think he could resist an intervention from the party whether he wants to withdraw or not.

With the convention less than 2 months away and ballot access deadlines approaching the Democrats have limited time to find a suitable replacement, which has become an inevitability overnight. This is Trump's race to lose at this point, although anything can happen between now and November.

What is more notable however is the way in which powerful forces have coalesced around Trump in the last year. It should be noted that his comeback was never a guarantee or even a likely scenario after January 6th when he was nearly convicted by his own party in the Senate, banned from social media, and considered a pariah by the entire conservative movement.

Trump left office in 2021 a greatly diminished figure with most of his legacy undone by the lockdown-induced recession and aggressive executive action from the Biden administration. His ostensible defeat shattered his aura of invulnerability. By becoming the first one-term president since George Bush, it seemed that the political establishment had fully prevailed and proved that his initial victory was the fluke that they sought to portray it as.

And for two years the situation didn't improve. Truth Social was (and is) a flop. After McCarthy came crawling back for support in the midterms, Trump was still blamed for the Republicans' lackluster performance in 2022. Simultaneously, Ron DeSantis' blowout reelection victory made him a legitimate challenger for the nomination in 2024.

Things continued to get worse. In his early campaign announcement after the midterms, Trump appeared tired and dull. He was embarrassed by Kanye West's YE24 stunt. And by early 2023 his campaign was seriously struggling to raise money. But with the announcement of the first indictment in New York City in the Spring of 2023, Trump got a major boost as Republicans were forced to circle the wagons and defend him from the overreach of the Democrats.

The successive waves of indictments from the Department of Justice and Fulton County transformed Trump into a martyr-like figure and a symbol. This was beneficial since the "real" Trump had become so much less inspiring and energetic than he was in 2016. This coupled with DeSantis' failure to launch upon his announcement that came far too late in May 2023 propelled Trump through the GOP primary.

With all of his momentum headed into the primary season, Trump got another major boost when Hamas invaded Israel in October 2023. Although it might not have been apparent then, it is undeniable now, that this attack pushed the American Jewish elite further to the Right and forced them to coalesce around Trump.

Seeing the initial response from radical young Leftists on college campuses and the Biden administration's efforts to restrain Israel's campaign in Gaza, major Republican Jewish donors and even lifelong Democrat Jewish donors from Wall Street and Silicon Valley embraced Trump and his unconditional support of Israel.

Since then, time has been an ally with everything working in Trump's favor: The unraveling of the politicized indictments, disintegration of his primary challengers, worsening situation in Ukraine, gridlock in Congress, escalating tension between Biden and Netanyahu... and now, Joe Biden's worsening dementia.
